Privacy Policy
Effective [effective date]
This policy covers this website. [company legal name] (“we”), [registered address], runs it. The EmailHorizon app has its own privacy policy, shown when you sign in.
What we collect
When you send the “Request access” form, we receive:
- your name;
- your work email address;
- your company;
- roughly how many emails you send a month;
- the email tool you use today, if any.
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and we do not track you across other sites. Like any website, our hosting may keep technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) to run and protect the site.
When you use the domain check, we look up your domain's public DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC) through a DNS-over-HTTPS service (Cloudflare, or Google if Cloudflare does not answer) and show you the result. We do not store the domains you check. Your IP address is held in memory for about a minute to limit how many checks one visitor can run, then discarded.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request: to decide on and arrange beta access, and to email you about it. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Where it goes
The form is passed straight to [the tool that receives requests, e.g. Slack or a CRM], where our team reads it. This website itself does not store it. The site is hosted by [hosting provider and data location].
How long we keep it
[retention period, e.g. 12 months after our last contact], unless you become a customer, in which case the app's privacy policy applies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you sent us at any time by writing to [privacy contact email]. You may also have rights under [applicable data protection law], including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
